Online Orders
We require a payment in whole before we dispatch the goods to you.
Upon receival of your payment, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address that you provide in the online order form, to confirm the acceptance of your order.
Any goods that Memara supplies to customers remain our property, until they are fully paid for.
Prices
All of our prices for our goods are listed in Pounds Sterling.
The cost of orders purchased from outside of the UK may be affected by currency fluctuations and credit card charges.
Occasionally we offer promotional discount codes, which may apply to any, or certain, specified goods on our website.
Please note that these codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or sales.
Delivery and Shipping
Our shipping is as follows:
For all UK orders (£3.50):
We use Royal Mail to provide our delivery service. Your purchases should arrive within 2-5 working days.
For orders from the Rest of the World (£25.00):
We use DHL to provide our delivery service. Please expect your purchases to arrive within 10 working days.
Shipping Information:
It is our aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of the clearance of payment. We do not accept liability for non-delivery, or any damage made to the goods during transit.
Delivery details:
A tracking email will be sent to your email address provided in the order form once your goods have been received by our courier. Please ensure that you give us the correct delivery address and that in the event that the parcel may need signing for, that someone is there to take delivery of it.
Payment Details
These methods of payment are accepted by us at Memara: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Returns and Exchanges
In the event that you would like to return your purchase, please can you send it back within 14 days to:

Please note, we cannot accept the return of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Upon receipt of the return your credit, debit card or Paypal account originally used for the purchase will be credited.
Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs.
Please make sure your pieces are returned in a new and unused condition.
We will not be responsible for pieces that are defective and damaged from misuse, lack of care, accidents and normal wear and tear.
Please note that any items that are lost or stolen in transit and are not sent back via either Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded, we cannot accept responsibility for.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different ring size, or another style, then the replacement item will be sent out free of charge upon receival of the item to be exchanged.
Please note that returns costs are non-refundable.
Quality
Please note that there may be a slight variation in the dimensions and specifications, as well as the composition and colour of our jewellery pieces than from the images on the website. This is because our jewellery is crafted from natural materials.
Photography
While we try our best to represent our jewellery accurately through the photographs provided on our website, please be aware that digital reproduction on certain web browsing platforms and screen defaults may slightly alter the look of our products.
Hence, it could be that the true colour and the size of the jewellery is minorly different to the images provided.
Online Content
Memara has the right to change all content without notice. This could be in the form of supplementing, deleting or editing parts of the website, or to terminate or temporarily suspend the site.
Online payment
We process all of our online payments on memara.co.uk via PayPal or Shopify Payments. Our company is not liable for the functionality of this service.
Gift Cards
Our Memara Gift Cards are only valid on this website (memara.co.uk). They are not valid or redeemable on any other site, such as third-party retail locations.
The Gift Cards must be used within 12 months from purchase.
Our Gift Cards are non-exchangeable and cannot be purchased using any discount codes or promotions.
Our Rights
Our company reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, therefore if you continue to use our website after this time, this will be deemed as your acceptance of any of our changes.
Hence, if you do not agree with certain changes to our terms, you must cease to use our website.
